Steve Brenner is an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor and is approved by the State of Mississippi Appraisal Board as a provider of Continuing Education (CE). 

Throughout the year courses being offered will be listed on this page along with dates and locations.

In providing the requisite education, no guarantees, implicit or explicit are offered concerning any student passing the national appraisal exam given by the State of Mississippi Appraisal Board. All education will meet the guidelines outlined by the Appraisal Foundation the 7 hours USPAP update course. All students are responsible for having their own current USPAP manual (either hardcopy or downloaded to their electronic device,) attending all class hours and studying all material provided. The Student Manual will be provided by Brenner Appraisals.

Payment will be taken during registration, cash or check. Checks should be made out to Steve Brenner
